Pyroflux India is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of speciality coatings, lubricants and chemical preparations for metalworking, foundries and hot processes, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Since 1990 our metallurgical and chemical engineers have formulated release agents, die and billet lubricants, mould coatings, fluxes and high-temperature coatings for aluminium extruders, casthouses, die casters, forging shops, glass plants and gasket makers across India, and in recent years for export customers in the Middle East, South Asia, Central Asia and beyond. Hexagonal boron nitride is our main focus today: sprays, suspensions, concentrates and wax sticks made in Noida, with h-BN powder and machined BN ceramics supplied alongside them. The production facility is asbestos-free and pollution-controlled; the marketing office is at G-5 and the factory at G-15, Sector 63, Noida.

Every product on this site exists because a customer’s process needed it. We ask for the substrate, the temperature, the atmosphere and the application method before we quote, we send a trial quantity with a written procedure, and we adjust from what the line shows. Standard grades ship from stock in Noida; custom formulations and private-label supply are routine. See custom coatings for the scope and the steps.
Quality is managed under ISO 9001:2015. Each lot carries a certificate of analysis where the product calls for one; particle-size distribution on boron nitride products is checked by laser diffraction; technical and safety data sheets are issued in GHS format and sent on request.
