Custom Formulations
Most of these ranges began as a customer's problem on a running line. If your process needs a different solids level, carrier, viscosity or colour, or a coating that does not exist yet, we formulate it and trial it with you. See custom coatings.

Do you send technical and safety data sheets?
Yes. TDS and SDS for any grade go out by email within one working day of a request through the datasheet form, WhatsApp or phone.
Can we get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Trial packs are available for most grades so you can run them on your own line before a production order.
Do you export?
Yes. Pyroflux India exports worldwide with export packing and documentation, and ships regularly to the Middle East, South Asia and Russia.
What pack sizes do you supply?
It depends on the range: coatings and lubricants typically in 20 to 50 kg buckets, drums and carboys, fluxes in 25 kg bags, aerosols in 500 mL cans. The data sheet for each grade gives its packing.
